I have placed an order of 2 Visa giftcards from gift card mall and received them.

I changed the pin using the link giftcardmall.com/mygift link. When i tried to use the card, they both were declined and When i tried to call the number on the back of the card to change the PIN.... I was told the card their customer service to speak with the agent who told eventhough the order is processed the cards were deactivated after i received them and i would receive a refund within a month.


has anyone experienced this situation?
If yes, if teh refund from GCM is seamless or it is a hasle?
