There is definately storage at Victoria. I assume you are flying into LGW - so the Gatwick Express train is your faster option.

If you are flying on from Gatwick then you can of course check-in early. But thatmay not be the case as you haven't given much detail.

Unfortunately the info site http://www.majorstations.co.uk is down (not unlike the railways really)
