I'm thinking "US and European" includes Canadian. Is the BOS-HKG fare much below AC's J? My original thought was that a lot of these US-somewhere fares would involve a connection in YYZ or YVR.

But they don't say they're limited to AC routes, and what about CPT? And the asterisk is confusing since BOS-HKG isn't "First or Business-First", i.e. pure Business, i.e. not AC?
