I wouldn't miss Agra (unless you have been there before). The Taj Mahal really is spectacular and lives up to its reputation. Particularly at sunset and sunrise. And if drive is an issue, take the train. First class/AC is fine and way way more convenient than the roads.
Didn't see what time of year you are going but that might impact mountain biking. We were there in April and it was 45 degrees.
Yea I was born in India but the wife wasn't and this will be first time to India. Im going to India to visit family in November, but the wife isnt. This would be her first time in India.
Maybe Agra is a good place to go. Then I can cut the time in Delhi to account for Agra.
