For LAX-HKG on CX881 vs CX883;
on which might I have a better chance of an Op-Upgrade PY to J? (which flight fills up more often in Y and PY?)

Also - if I use miles to upgrade PY to J (or Y to PY)... would I still be eligible to get an Op-Up to next class
