5. IMHO a very good GF product would be:
- One row (maybe two) of very nice suites.
- Decent curtains at the front and back of the cabin that they actually closed.
- FA selection for the GF cabin based on performance not on seniority and a bidding system.
- No non-revs.
- Better F&B especially presentation.
- Separate check-in and boarding for GF.
- Escort from the lounge to the gate.
I hope a higher-up at UA is reading this right now.
