I just don't understand why I keep having Hertz try to upsell me on various fuel options as a Gold Member. I set my preferences a certain way for a reason and every week they still ask me to signup for one of their fuel options, both of which will lose me money.

I get why it works at the regular counter but I can't see why a Gold member should constantly have to turn it down. What am I missing?
