CIV is the same as it was before, presumably.
It is not related to your club points.
Club points are just a fancy re-organization for your MPC elite miles. You can basically think of it as elite miles divided by 100. Just all the sectors / classes earn a little differently but same idea. Just like elite miles didn't have any impact on your CIV (and previously BN#), presumably neither do club points.
