I will be arriving 23:25 and departing 06:30 (international).

I was going to write this post to ask for advice, but after some searching I discovered that the nap room is domestic, and the international choices seem to be:

1. Holiday Inn Express: INR 5567 5 hours, 7422 7 hours
2. Sam's Sleeping Pods: INR 5121 5 hours, 7517 8 hours
3. Plaza Premium lounge: INR 1824 2 hours, £35 6 hours
4. ITC Green lounge: same price?

I don't mind sleeping for a few hours in a lounge (I am en route for hiking in Nepal), but reports suggest that the Plaza Premium is not too restful and Sam's Sleeping Pods are overpriced, so it is probably worth paying for the Holiday Inn Express?
