It is helpful expediting your passage thru CBI by having GE (Global Entry) and a priority Delta baggage check in status.
It can be a terrible zoo if arriving by private vehicle - taxis as well although these guys know the ropes like limo drivers
to get through the mess - chartered motor coaches are given priority.
I haven't had the opportunity to use the metro rail line from downtown to the airport -
comments from users appreciated - may not be as convenient as curb side check-in ??
But it may be better than waiting in a parking lot inching to that point !
Never the less check-in early and allow for any disaster in the making !
