Dasani starts out as "tap" water, but is filtered using reverse-osmosis, then has minerals added for taste. While it is technically sourced from the local municipal supply, it is clearly not the same thing as tap water.
Ok, you're right. Something that comes out of a tap can't possibly be tap water
