I tried selecting my Extra, but it states: "To start earning an extra reward, please add a phone number to your account by clicking here".

So I go into the "personal & contact information" section to edit. For some reason the phone number is blank.

I enter the 10 digit us phone number, and I get this message: "Certain required profile fields are empty, please update to continue editing your profile" and "Invalid entry, please review and try again." I add the phone number with and without dashes.

There are no other required fields that are blank. The only thing that works is canceling which doesn't update the phone number.

I can place the check next to starbucks card, or any other extra, but there isn't a save button. I am earning hotel points, and not airline or amtrak. Also tried on Win Vista chrome, ie and firefox. Also tried on android tablet (chrome). None of these worked.

EDIT: I just got off the phone with Customer Relations (they are MST, so 9 AM EST). They added a phone number, and also selected points for the Extra. When I look at my account, I see the phone number is not blank, but their isn't a check next to "choice privilege points" for the Extra. I can put a check next to it, but there isn't a save/update button. Now what?
