Called yesterday, and said I'd been offered the above last week,
but had been taking my time to decide. First CSR said "no record of you being offered that",
but then was happy to transfer me to Retention. Retention CSR said "if you didn't take either offer, there would be no record made of that. Both of those are still available".
I took the 50K bonus points for spending $12,500 at
CVS over the next 6 months.
