Never flown that route, but my experience on DL with similarly configured AC is that it depends primarily on the gate/gate configuration...
If the gate has dual jetbridges, they use both. If only one, it's *usually* (in my experience) door #2, though I've seen just the forward door used on at least one occasion too (my data set is pretty small though).
I'd grab a seat in the middle of the front J section if I were you. Regardless of the door, you should be one of the first ~10 people off.
