I asked for a second helping of warm nuts (on a non-meal flight) and was turned down on the excuse that there were none left. I don't believe that AA caters exactly the amount to fill 16 ramekins and no more.

I often ask for a second helping of nuts, and this is only the second-ever time I've had this happen, both post-merger.
