Fantastic! All your replies have been very helpful. I think I'll look into the private limo thing, sounds like it might be the easier than dealing with Paddington Station. Being from NYC, I had a feeling that the Tube wouldn't be the easiest trip with luggage, but its always good to have these things confirmed beforehand!
