Budget E-Toll Rate
What is the rate that Budget charges on their E-Toll plan? For ex, the cash rate at the Holland Tunnel connecting NY/NJ is $15, but the EZPass rate is $10.50. I know that Hertz's PlatePass charges the cash rate, but does Budget charge the cash or EZPass rate?
