I think we are only going to come to a real understanding if we are looking at your SPG account and some screenshots of your SPG Dashboard. For all I know, there may or may not have been a correction of data because if we are counting stays in 2016 for the 11 brand offer, the two stays that were attributed to 2015 should not be counting.
So, feel free to send whatever you think will help my understanding to the email address below and I'll be glad to have someone look into it further.
