This would work for hotels next to airports and especially train stations. Not all sleeper trains have proper bathroom facilities and I'd rather use a comfortable hotel room to refresh and get cleaned.

EUR 65 is certainly not a compelling price though, it is almost equivalent to a hotel night in many locations. Besides, for a 3-hour stay I could be just as happy with an Ibis for a fraction of the cost, I just need a shower, not a swimming pool - unless this would include breakfast.
