I don't really understand what you are asking. If you mean FB accrual then it is already there. If you mean what are the conditions of each fare, then those come with fares not with buckets, so two fares that can be booked into "Z" may have entirely different conditions!

The best way to understand this is that each letter simply corresponds to an inventory, just like a drawer. You need a pair of socks and you look at the top drawer. If you can't find any socks left then you move on to the second one, then the third etc.
