AA lounge access rules and AA's willingness to pay for using the QF lounges in TBIT are a large part of the reason there has been lounge access issues over the past year at the QF lounges.

Summarizing, AA (and its partners like QF) need to move its arrival flights to T4. Don't be surprised if EY moves it flight over too.
Why would QF do that? They have all their ops in TBIT now, after having moved out of T4.
