Try serving that (possibly with choices) on AMS with 9 rows of CE offering choice of drinks as well though.
I don't think it is even doable with multiple crew members working in CE and using two trolleys. Someone who gets missed out due to time will get very upset.

Well they may be able to serve it but passengers served towards the end won't have the time to eat it before it has to be cleared up.

Besides, looking at competitors they don't serve much more (if at all) on short business class flights either, so where is the incentive?
