Since I didn't get any help here, I waded through numerous Google searches and came up with an email address that resolved the issue right away. Evidently the rental had not Ben completely closed due to a bug in their system. I did get a $50 voucher for my troubles. ��. I highly recommend [email protected] if you have issues that cannot be resolved with the location or the toll free customer service.
