It wasn't a decision taken on a whim. The thread served a purpose and functioned well for a good amount of time. However, at one point the balance tipped and it became a facilitator for something else than what the idea is of being able to bring a guest to a lounge. We cannot go into specifics for obvious reasons but let us be frank and say it was becoming detrimental to the cause of what FT stands for. Plain and simple. BA has nothing to do with this. FT is not affiliated with them in anyway.

We will try and respond to PM's but please be mindful of that Mods are volunteers and have a life and committments outside of Flyertalk.
