What kind of SPML is this......?
It's maybe not even an SPML - it's maybe a perk for Premiers.

Today - LHR - DUS overheard the CSM speaking to guy in 1D: "Sir, you're the most frequent flyer that we have onboard today so would you like.....*inaudible*....or *inaudible*......"

And then he gets presented with a hot meal - chicken and pasta - accompanied with cheese! More akin to a Band 4 offering than what we got.

Is this a Prem perk?
