If one must use a SKYCAP, then $5 (or so) per bag is in order.
My usual guideline is $2 per bag with a $5 minimum.

Not every Uber driver, but enough do that I always tip. Even with the tip, it's still cheaper and more reliable than a taxi so it's still a win-win for me and the driver.
