LO can print B/Pass on TK. So logically TK should print on LO...
At IST Airport LO is handled by Havas (3rd party agent) and not by TK. Havas has a separate Transit Counter. They can also issue a B/P at the gate (I believe I was once op-up'ed to C and they issued me a fresh B/P at the gate).
