The main thing is to be aware that while the MCT is one hour no one should attempt that. Ninety minutes is likely to be tight. If you have enough time to go land side then the BA Arrivals Lounge is good for breakfast and a shower, otherwise the Galleries Lounges air side are quite adequate for whiling away time if you have any spare.
Since when?

90 minutes is comfortable T3 to T5, normally takes around 45 minutes. its easy within T5

60 minutes is not a problem unless you inbound is very late.
