The QR J and F Lounges, the Al Mourjan and Al Safwa respectively, are different to the First Class and Business Class Lounge at HIA. The terminology is confusing I appreciate!
The Al Morgan and Al Safwa are specifically for Premium Passengers travelling on QR. The sole exception, is that a passenger in BA F, will be entitled to access the Al Mourjan.
All passengers with OneWorld status, not travelling on QR in J or F, will have access to the First or Business Class Lounge, dependent on their OW status.
