The "need help" area is just a farm of those little unmanned kiosks where you can scan your BP. I'd start by doing this. If no voucher, I think the only manned locations at 1am at SFO (since the MSP redeye will have long closed), will be the baggage claim area and your arrival gate. Would ask at arrival gate followed by baggage claim.
