Sitting in The Pier dining room now and witnessing all the mess and chaos on the PP management. In fact, I was here yesterday. Didn't want to write as I thought it's new management so give them some time. But today it was so much worse...

People sat down for a long time without being offered the menu, wrong orders for the tables, PP staff running around aimlessly, much longer waiting time for dishes, some pax literally stormed off after complaining a few times that they have been waited for almost 25 mins for their dishes, even the CX ground staff are serving passengers at the restaurant..it is this bad! I have been offered the wrong breakfast twice and they finally got it right the 3rd time!

This is my observation for the 35 mins I sit here...It's just unbelievable!
