The situation SDQBound is referring to does not sound like the OP's case... he already has a ticket booked and is checked in and departing soon.

I strongly suggest looking at the list and seeing if you are in a position that makes sense... ie not at or near the bottom. I've seen similar things occur and was at the bottom of the list because something was messed up in the upgrade coding.
