I figured this group might be able to help me understand why my ticket seems to always say "NOT COMPLIMENTARY UPGRADE ELIGIBLE". I am a Delta Diamond member. The specific ticket is a V class ticket. The strange part is that I am on the "upgrade list" and at times get a last min upgrade. I called the delta line and they always tell me "you are on the list". Is this an issue with the delta.com seat or for some reason am I really not upgrade eligible?
