Non-Schengen are the gates D and E.
Depending on where you are arriving (D or E) and departing (D or E), you might just stay in the Lounge D or stay in the new lounge E.
Generally the transfer between A/B/D and E is pretty fast via the Heidi train. So in case of arriving and departing in D with 3 hours time, you could transfer from D to the lounge E and back to D without any problem.
Recently when I arrived in A and went to E, it took me less than 10 minutes for passport control and train ride.
