In & Out is a cultish California burger chain. Don't miss it, and try to learn the insider secrets which cannot be devulged in this public forum. ;-) I agree with all of the above. McCormick & Kuleto's is the probably the only other restaurant in the Wharf (Ghiradelli Square, actually) worth visiting, though it's average food with a nice view. R&G Lounge is probably the best in Chinatown, but again, not noteworthy. E&O Trading Company is a very good, moderate priced Asian restaurant right near the St. Francis.
