There is one restaurant at the Wharf that I would recommend, however, it does not fit within your guidelines, as it is in the upper end of the price scale. Seeing that you are from California, this perhaps won’t come as a treat, but the only San Francisco In and Out outlet is at Fisherman’s Wharf as well.</font>
