car rental in Romania (Bucharest OTP)
I need to rent a car for a few days in the summer. Loo

Admittedly it has been a while since I rented in Europe, but looking at the CDW/TP excesses they all seem excessive (1000+ Euro).

Does Romania have a bad (or good) reputation for car hire companies charging money for every nick and scratch ?
