are airports usually busier on Saturdays? Also international check in time
I have a flight from SJC to CUN with a layover in DFW this Saturday on AA. The flight is @ 9am, I won't be there until about 7:30-7:45. I know they say I need to be there 2 hours before but do they really enforce this?

Also are the airports busier on Saturdays? I've always travel Monday-Friday and I only get to the airport an 45min to an hour prior to departure and never a problem.
