On the telephone, and for residents of the UK, it is a 24 hour cooling off period provided the booking is more than 14 days hence. For residents of Spain and Belgium it also covers online bookings in order to confirm with local legislation. In the case of BE and ES the cooling off period can be as long as 7 days, depending on precise circumstances.
