How pathetic that we have to wrestle with things like this. I'm on my 3rd try, emailed the text to myself to hopefully strip out "special" characters (which were all apparently from their original promo offer emails and my account info online) -- no go -- so I guess it is just to type it all over. I miss a lunch date for this?
