I'm impressed I missed this thread.

1) Glass (ideally without cracks, sharp edges, clean optional)
2) Bottle of Black label poured
3) Bottle of Black label poured
4) NAPKIN! (seriously forgotten 20% of the time)
5) Swizzle stick optional

I won't complain if the bottle is just handed to me... then the glass is optional. Napkin is NOT optional.
