Be happy that BA even deigns to take your request into account. My last experience with BA was quite a lesson of how to waste customers. I asked the Avios or air miles for having flown with their partner, Qantas. The reply I received was the bold statement that I made the request twice (I did not) and that the Avios had already been credited (they were not, and still are not). After that, I received no answer to my (polite) emails.

I am wondering if BA has too many clients, or what is their policy regarding how they treat customers? I knew that BA has gone down-market to counter low-cost airlines, but I did not know that they now are at that level.
