BKK has them (I personally had the Cathay Delight last month) and as I recently found out it is managed by PP. I knew that KUL lounge is managed by PP because there is always a PP uniformed staff sitting at the desk with a CX staff hanging around,but in the BKK lounge it is not obvious at all.
