, but if you can self referral to get 25K points, then actually it's $699-2*$200 travel credit=$299 for 25k points, maybe worth the gamble
If you spend 1k in first place, then when first bill out no 75k points, call in AE to dispute, not sure if they will just waive $699 fee and cancel card for you
Also you can call up within 2 months and cancel the card. Also they would just give you a certain percentage of the fee back if you cancel within this time. So not really a huge gamble
