Hi all - anyone have any experience with how long this takes? The Exec line submitted a claim for me and I've had the submission email today. It was a BA metal flight (LGW-VLC) on an IB 075 ticket. The automated mail claims it could take up to 8 weeks? I've emailed BA a scan of my boarding pass and luggage tag to their documents mailbox.
