I have done 2x 250 miles transfer to UA in the past year. Today I redeemed 500 emailes and then got a pop up window claiming the direct deposit failed and informed me to check my UA account and last name - the very same information that has had 2 redemptions successfully last year. What is the problem with emiles?
Same thing happened and this is the email response I received:

Thank you for contacting e-MilesŪMember Services. There is an issue with all deposits issued towards United Airlines. Please disregard the error message. Once the issue has been resolved we will notify. At this time, we cannot expedite the deposits. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience.
