I have a confirmed revenue J booking which I am looking to upgrade to R using KrisFlyer miles.

However, this is booked through my corporate travel agent.

I have spoken to two people, one in PPS Connect and the other in KrisFlyer Membership Services, who have spun me a story saying that I am ineligible for the 15% discount.

Is this true ? My (admittedly quick) skim of the KrisFlyer T&Cs don't seem to indicate that this is the case.

I am also trying to get myself waitlisted in Saver R instead of the Standard R and Full R awards that are available. The first issue is complicating what will happen if a Saver R seat does open up.
