Hotel de Russie is by far the best option. Ideally, take at least a Junior suite.

Hotel Eden should be another good option when it reopens, and probably it will be a value leader with Dorchester Diamond Club upgrades and credits, etc..

St. Regis would not be one of my top choices, but there are positive reviews and it seems to be a value proposition with Virtuoso/Starwood Luxury privileges bookings (or FHR).
