I use the managers special often. Saves a lot of coin. But I never get upgraded when I do. It's fine, because I barely get upgraded when reserving a compact anyway so I'll take the savings. Today I got a full size on a compact rental at the same location that wouldn't allow previously. I had a different rep. The other rep that refused last month was sitting right beside him. I will do my best to avoid her in the future.
