If you click on the links on that page: "Standard One King" or "Standard Two Doubles" you get a rate description that reads "Prices are per room/unit with 1 guest. Prices do not include: taxes, service fees, and extra guest charges." In any event, when you click "Book It", they give you a total of all charges before you put it on your credit card number, so what's the problem? If you don't want to pay the price, choose a different hotel. As I said earlier, this appears to occur only with the Hilton hotels. The other hotels in Chicago that I clicked on did not charge extra for the 2nd person. If you just don't like Expedia, then don't use Expedia. I don't think you'd have grounds for any kind of legal action here.
